Our first gift came in the mail this week - our comforter set! Given to us by James' Aunt Cathy.

- Hi all! I'm just a girl whose got some thoughts and stories to share with those who are willing to read. And I'm OK if that's just me. I'm a devoted follower of Jesus, a wife, a high school English teacher on Long Island, a mom to too-many-cats (I blame my husband for that), and hopefully, to a real baby, as soon as God blesses us. I'm 38almost39, been married for almost 3 years, and have lived in NY for my whole life( and that equal TOO LONG!). I've also known Jesus almost my whole life, and that can never be LONG ENOUGH. I believe that the human experience is a mix of the beautiful and the tragic, but the hand of God is able to redeem it all. I'm writing this blog because I need to write this, but I hope it might mean something to you as well.
