This is a picture of my sister and my dad taking bike ride. It was at least 7 years ago, maybe more. Those were good times...before she got married, when she still lived at home... I miss her.

I'm a devoted follower of Jesus, a wife, a high school English teacher on Long Island, a mom to too-many-cats (I blame my husband for that), and hopefully, to a real baby, as soon as God blesses us. I'm 38almost39, been married for almost 3 years, and have lived in NY for my whole life( and that equal TOO LONG!). I've also known Jesus almost my whole life, and that can never be LONG ENOUGH. I believe that the human experience is a mix of the beautiful and the tragic, but the hand of God is able to redeem it all. I'm writing this blog because I need to write this, but I hope it might mean something to you as well.

ReplyDeleteaww! What a nice picture! I miss my sister too.. in my case I am the one who left.... 'cause I am the one who got married first... I am 30, she is 27 and she is my best friend.... I miss my brother too!!! Thanks for sharing!
